While our attorneys have the freedom to manage their own practices, we also place a high value on teamwork and collegiality.

GCA’s model is flexible, but our quality standards are not. The level of sophistication of our practice is comparable to large Silicon Valley firms. We seek high-quality candidates with at least seven years of experience. We are especially interested in tax and corporate candidates.

The GCA model also is ideal for clients — from start-ups to multi-nationals. We provide clients with direct access to the experienced attorneys they retained. Our billing rates reflect our focus on keeping expenses reasonable. And experienced attorneys at reasonable rates makes for excellent value — a core mission of our firm.
