Financing

Consistent with the other areas of our transactional practice, we work with companies and real estate professionals in obtaining financing for acquiring operating facilities, land and investment properties. Financing work on behalf of real estate investors has included various debt and equity transactions and conduit financing.

Litigation and Arbitration

When our clients face lawsuits or other disputes, they want experienced attorneys who can represent them vigorously, thoroughly and effectively from initial consultation through final resolution. The Real Estate Group, in addition to its transactional skills, provides seasoned dispute resolution services. Our real estate litigation attorneys are experienced in mediation, arbitration, litigation, trials and appeals. All of our Real Estate Group litigators have significant trial experience in both federal and California courts.
